Ma isheeba a singer/songwriter and fashion icon, suffered from chronic lower back pain, which was heightened after a one-year World Tour with Eric Clapton. The constant wearing of high heels every night, and modelling assignments, almost completely destroyed Ma'isheeba's lower back. It was when she was introduced to the Alexander Technique, she began to find the cure. Experiencing amazing results, she decided to take three years out of her singing and modelling career to study the technique.
