THIS IS AN EXCLUSIVE EVENT This workshop accommodates 6-10 women at a time. You will learn how to walk in your high heels with grace elegance and ease, with the use of the Alexander Technique. Learn how to sit and stand, walk up and down stairs, and feet exercises before heels. Once you can walk elegantly in your high heels, you will awaken your divine Goddess and step out in style and confidence for all to see. This workshop is ideal for birthday parties, Hen nights, team building or a fun girly night out. Once you attend this workshop you will be nominated to catwalk in SEXY HEELS IN THE CITY EVENT. You will hit the catwalk runway displaying how well you can walk in high heels. Even if you do not feel very confident to begin with, by the time you have completed your training with Ma'isheeba you will be catwalk ready. Please note that even if you would like to attend this workshop with kitten heels or a 1-2 inch high heels that's perfectly fine. There are no age restrictions you can book from as young as 15 -70 years. If you have given up on high heels and would like to successfully wear them again, please do come along.
